What you will do: Be a steady, inspiring presence for young people and your team. Support the day-to-day running of the home. Lead with compassion, confidence, and clarity. Step up when the Registered Manager is away. Help create a safe, nurturing space where everyone feels seen and valued. What you will bring: A full UK manual driving licence. Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce At least 1 years' experience as a Senior in a children's residential setting Flexibility for shifts, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays A genuine passion for helping young people discover their strengths.
