Job Description


This role is a 12 month Placement Year starting in Summer 2026

* Assist in design reviews & meetings; racking & de-racking showroom and note taking
* Booking DHLs and collecting parcels for the team
* Support the design team with trend research
* Support the design team with tech packs across brands & product categories
* Assisting in fit sessions; typing comments & preparing samples ahead of sessions
* Sample management; Ensuring samples are put away after fit sessions & meetings. Keeping the sample cupboards tidy & organised.
* Responsible for purchasing bought samples and managing office expenses
* Keep seasonal range boards up to date with correct CADs & style information
* Ensure office suppliers are kept stocked and order/replenish when needed
* Generally supporting the team with tasks & workflow

Qualifications

* Studying towards a relevant Design/Fashion Degree and able to complete this as a Sandwich Year
* Some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
* Experience working within a similar team environment -
* A keen interest in fashion design & development
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A positive approach to tasks and challenges
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Able to be based at our London office for the duration of the placement
