* Develop, maintain, and improve SAF sustainability procedures in alignment with voluntary certification schemes (e.g., ISCC, RSB).
* Lead preparation for voluntary scheme audits, including site visits, maintaining full compliance and continuous certification readiness.
* Support mandatory SAF reporting requirements across global entities—including non‑CO₂ reporting under ReFuelEU Aviation.
* Issue sustainability documentation including Proof of Sustainability (POS), Proof of Compliance (POC), and Product Transfer Documents (PTD).

Mass-Balance, Book & Claim & Operational Control

* Manage and reconcile mass‑balance inventories across all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Serve as the key internal point of contact for all Book & Claim administration queries.
* Contribute to the Book & Claim platform workflow, supporting Commercial and Supply teams with accurate data, documentation, and transaction processing.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

* Compile, validate, and analyse SAF reference data for internal, customer and regulatory reporting.
* Monitor evolving SAF obligations across regions and assist in modelling future demand scenarios.
* Improve internal processes to strengthen sustainability, traceability, and chain‑of‑custody compliance.
* Maintain accurate operational, sustainability, and certification records aligned with ISO/BMS requirements.

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

* Work closely with Supply, Logistics, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Technical, Operations and Finance to integrate SAF into existing reporting and operational structures.
* Coordinate SAF-related work orders and Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) with external service providers (e.g., SCS).
* Act as a central conduit for sharing industry and regulatory developments across internal teams.
* Build effective relationships with certification bodies, government departments, customers, and industry groups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Engineering, Energy, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, sustainability compliance, aviation fuels, energy operations, or a related analytical/technical environment.
* Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, chain of custody, or voluntary certification schemes (ISCC/RSB beneficial).
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v‑lookups, modelling).
* Experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Amphora Symphony) advantageous.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across internal and external audiences.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving industry.

What’s on Offer

* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
* Opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of SAF across global markets.
* Professional development within a rapidly expanding and future‑critical area of the energy sector.
* A collaborative, inclusive, and purpose‑driven working environment.
