The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring consistently high standards across: À la carte restaurant service Conference and corporate catering Weddings and private events Afternoon teas and seasonal menusYou will support menu development, manage food ordering and stock control, maintain strict food safety standards, and help drive innovation and consistency across all services.
