Our client is looking for an outstanding candidate to become Sales Manager for a global packaging company. This is an opportunity for a driven Sales Manager to help make a significant impact on production for this company.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Managing existing business, accounts, and customer relationships with responsibility for delivering budget and other key defined financial targets.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities in UK and Ireland and delivering profitable growth.
* Keeping abreast of business intelligence regarding the market, customers, competitors, products, and trends and reporting of these in a timely fashion to internal stakeholders.
* Creating and updating sales forecasts and other internal reporting requirements.
The preferred candidate would have the following specifications:
* The ideal candidate would have in the region of 5 years sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment with demonstrable track record of achieving growth and results.
* Knowledge and experience of the packaging industry are seen as an advantage.
* You are a proactive, well-organized individual with a service mindset as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* We expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Other language skills are considered as an advantage.
* You can impress us with your business acumen, and solid numeric, analytical, and problem-solving abilities and being a true team player!
* The position requires ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
