We're working on behalf of a global leader in digital and sustainability transformation, seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Vice President to join their fast-growing advisory team. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering transformation across the Automotive, Battery, and Rail sectors.

🌍 About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Lead strategic advisory and transformation engagements for major clients across Automotive, Battery, and Rail
* Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a partner in their digital evolution
* Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and end-to-end sales cycles
* Champion sustainable, tech-driven solutions—from concept through to implementation
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary global teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions
* Represent the business in the market through thought leadership and client advocacy
🎯 We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has an MBA or PhD in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields
* Brings significant experience in Automotive, Rail or Consulting with deep exposure to R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation
* Has a track record of selling and delivering digital solutions at the enterprise level
* Understands the commercial and technical landscape across industrial and regulated sectors
* Can lead international projects and navigate diverse market and regulatory environments
* Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills (English required; German a plus)
* Operates with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
