We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Marketing Campaign Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Strudel and our German-speaking creators, ensuring seamless communication and high-performance campaign execution. You’ll manage campaigns, handle back-end operations, and turn insights into growth 🚀.
What you’ll do:
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, brands, and content creators.
* Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
* Recruit, onboard & support TikTok Shop affiliates.
* Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
* Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results. 🧠
* Work both independently & as part of our team.
* Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
* TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus!
* Professional C2-Level written and spoken ability in German.
* Strong reporting & analytical skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker.
* Confident communicator with creators & clients.
* Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
