Your Opportunity Awaits
In this multi-skilled role, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can look forward to:
* Providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
* Working with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, welding systems, and more.
* Gaining industry-leading training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.

You’ll be working on machinery that builds Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification technologies, contributing to the exciting world of electric cars and JLR’s growth in this area.
What to Expect
As a valued member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime with safe working practices.
* Conducting PM checks and running checks to ensure timely completion.
* Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
* Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed.
* Embracing training opportunities as required by the business.
What You'll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
* Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems, including conveyor systems and machining of Aluminium or Steel.
* A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
