Diamond Skin Care is a multi‑award winning dermatology company presently operating across 6 UK centres with expansion plans to operate through 16 centres by 2028.
DSC was founded by International Academic Dermoscopy Expert and CEO Dr. Deepak Rallan with our central headquarters established in Norwich, Norfolk since 2013. While provision of aesthetic dermatology is ubiquitous, a high standard of private patient medical dermatology services in the UK is lacking. Our fundamental vision is to deliver a world‑class level of science, skill and service to private dermatology patients across all of UK and internationally. DSC intends to deliver this through superior training, superior service standards and superior use of technology to meet these goals.
Role Description
This is a flexible hybrid role for a Lead Consultant Dermatologist in Norwich. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the quality of medical services delivery, providing clinical oversight and maintaining high standards of clinical diagnostic and treatment services across all centres. Duties include coordinating with managerial and administrative staff, implementing evidence based management protocols, supervising and training medical staff, and participating in strategic planning for service development. The Lead Consultant with the Medical Director will responsible for ensuring that DSC services achieve and maintain world class standards across all UK centres and worldwide as DSC evolves.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in General Medicine (MRCP or equivalent) - essential
* Minimum 2 years experience at Dermatology consultant level - essential
* Experience of skin cancer MDT and complex case discussions - essential
* Valid medical license to practice in the UK - essential

* A passion for DSC values (document available on request)
* Proven ability to coach and mentor medical staff
* Clear career ambitions to take on clinical leadership of an expanding business
* Evidence of successful people leadership in previous roles
* Detailed understanding of private dermatology vs NHS dermatology
