This role involves gathering requirements, ensuring data availability, and producing accurate, efficient reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Deliver reporting to a global departmental customer base. Capture and manage new or changing reporting requirements. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of Power BI reports. Develop and enforce data quality standards and support data governance. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding reporting timelines. Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, collaborating with teams to address root causes. Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for data quality and performance tracking. Communicate data-related issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to improve data integration processes. Provide support and training on Power BI capabilities. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Act as a liaison between IT systems and other departments to ensure smooth integration of reporting. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong Power BI and data visualisation skills.
