What do we look for in a Giraffe Sous Chef?
•A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
•Ability to work well under pressure and take control when needed
•A strong management head with a good understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen
•Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety
•Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Leader is desirable
