Key Responsibilities

* Plan, write, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, and email newsletters — optimised for SEO.
* Create and manage organic social media campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
* Work closely with external PPC and SEO specialists to maximise paid and organic performance.
* Analyse campaign results and share insights with senior management.
* Design and coordinate offline marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and point‑of‑sale displays.
* Collaborate with internal sales teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
* Manage project photography, case studies, and internal communications.
* Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns to existing and potential customers.
About You
To thrive in this Marketing Manager role, you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats.
* Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
* Experience managing organic and paid media campaigns (agency coordination a plus).
* Confidence creating offline marketing materials and managing design projects.
* Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* A self‑motivated and proactive approach — able to work independently.
* Experience within manufacturing or construction sectors.
* Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
