GSL Education are hiring a skilled Geography Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S11), delivering engaging lessons that explore physical and human geography. As a Geography Teacher, you will encourage curiosity about global landscapes, environmental issues, and geographical processes while supporting pupils to build strong analytical and map-reading skills. Prime Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality geography lessons as a Geography Teacher. Support pupils in developing research, analysis, and geographical understanding. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching geography in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. An engaging, patient, and professional teaching approach. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
