What's involved with this role: Job Title: Contracts and Procurement Lawyer Ref: Middlesbrough 5271589 Pay rate: £22.65 per hour PAYE Hybrid working is available for this role The role: We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Contracts Lawyer who can hit the ground running and provide immediate value to the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public procurement and be well-versed in JCT and NEC contracts. Please note this is an urgent requirement and therefore you need to be available immediately. Key responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating public sector contracts Advising on procurement regulations and compliance What the client is looking for: Qualified solicitor or lawyer with post-qualification experience Demonstrable experience working with public sector procurement, including JCT and NEC contracts Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload from day one How to Apply Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
