Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: At least 12 months experience of IT support Excellent user/customer engagement skills Experience of supporting Microsoft packages Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Active Directory Previous project and project coordination experience Ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines ITIL awareness Hold a full UK driving license Responsibilities: Be the key point of contact for IT support and project delivery to end users across various sites Manage IT incidents and escalations effectively Oversee IT service delivery and project delivery Handle a variety of projects including new site setups and technology installations Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Project, and other business applications Provide technical assistance and support to all end users Participate in training as provided to improve skills and knowledge Technologies: Active Directory Support ITIL LAN Hardware More: We are an enterprise-scale organization offering crucial IT project work and support.
