Target Structural is looking for highly motivated individuals to join its growing on-site installation team as a Site Operative.
Target is a family-owned high-end structural repair group that manufactures and installs specialist construction materials, including Bar Flex helical bar and the Heli Pile foundation system.
Target Structural's installation team is the final cog in the wheel, installing materials on sites around the UK. These sites could be anything from terraced homes, high rise flats, canals, or even some of the UK's most prestigious heritage such as castles and manors. As a high-end installation service, emphasis is always on quality, and Site Operatives are expected to take pride in the work they carry out.
The work involves both heavy lifting and working at heights, so successful candidates should be comfortable with both. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence, with towing experience preferred.
Target's work tends to be bespoke, so successful candidates will undergo extensive training both on site and in an office environment. While some construction experience is preferred, attitude is far more important
Target pays all staff on a salary basis, providing stability of income every month. Hours worked are expected to be flexible, with some long days offset by some short days or additional paid days off. As work is carried out across the UK, successful candidates will be expected to embrace expense-paid overnight stays where required.
In addition, following a successful probation period, Target offers a competitive pension scheme, and life insurance.
If you have confidence, thrive under pressure and have a keen eye for detail, then make your first step to your new career now and apply for this post through Indeed, submitting your CV in the first instance.
Salary is dependent on previous experience, with the low end being offered to candidates with no experience of construction or sites and the high end being offered to candidates who are fully competent on all of Target's systems. Target Structural Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
