Our client is looking for a dedicated Waste & Recycling Officer to join their dynamic Waste Collections team!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide technical and administrative support to ensure efficient waste collection operations.\nRespond to public inquiries and complaints with exceptional customer care.\nMaintain accurate corporate data and prepare daily reports on waste collections.\nCollaborate with the Waste Collections Team to improve procedures and systems.\nManage requests for residential recycling bags and oversee bulky waste queries.\nSupport the implementation of waste management initiatives and practices. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nA solid understanding of local authority operations and administrative systems.\nStrong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.\nExperience in customer service and a commitment to quality care.\nExcellent IT skills and familiarity with data monitoring.\nA proactive and approachable attitude with the ability to work flexibly.
