As Business Manager for Key Accounts & Ireland North & South, your role will be to manage relevant dealers in both markets and work with the NSM to identify high-volume potential sales. You will develop bespoke dealer development action plans for each dealer, including brand sales development activities, product and soft skills training, ensuring dealer agreement and execution of these plans.
Your Impact:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, manage the sales budget for cost efficiency.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree minimum.
* At least 5 years' experience in AG business and ability to travel within the territory.
* Valid driver's license for car and tractor.
* Strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery.
* Leadership and management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Customer-centric approach, proficient in negotiating deals and contracts.

Your Workplace:
