The Best Connection West Bromwich is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for a well-established client based in Wednesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent after a successful trial period.
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
* Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
* Enjoy an early finish every Friday!
Pay
* £12.71 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
* Applying coatings using paint rollers on dormers, chimneys, and canopies
* Filling, sanding, and preparing surfaces using various materials
* Working within the moulding department
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Supporting general site upkeep and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
* Experience in painting & decorating, car body filling, or powder coating is a bonus, but not essential
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* A team player who takes pride in their work
