Position: Salesforce SolutionArchitect with Presales

Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect withPresales expertise you will play a pivotal role in driving thesuccess of our Salesforce implementations by providing strategicguidance designing innovative solutions and leading presalesactivities. You will collaborate closely with sales teams andclients to understand business requirements architect scalablesolutions and articulate the value proposition of Salesforceofferings. This role requires a blend of technical expertisebusiness acumen and strong communication skills.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Lead presales engagements by understandingclient needs conducting discovery sessions and crafting tailoredsolutions that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop compellingproposals presentations and demonstrations that showcase thecapabilities of Salesforce products and services.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategicguidance on Salesforce platform capabilities best practices andindustry trends.
* Architect endtoend Salesforcesolutions that address complex business challenges encompassingSales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Community Cloud and otherSalesforce products.
* Design scalable andsustainable solution architectures considering factors such as dataintegration security performance and extensibility.
* Translate business requirements into technicalspecifications user stories and solution designs ensuring alignmentwith Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
* Lead solution design sessions with clients and internalstakeholders facilitating discussions to gather requirementsidentify gaps and define solution roadmaps.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to projectteams guiding developers administrators and consultants inimplementing Salesforce solutions.
* Stayupdated with the latest Salesforce innovations certifications andindustry trends sharing knowledge and insights with the team andclients.
* Collaborate with Salesforce productteams partners and thirdparty vendors to leverage emergingtechnologies and enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications andSkills:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology Business Administration or related field.
* Extensive experience (5 years) working with Salesforceplatform including handson experience in solution architectureconfiguration and customization.
* Proven trackrecord of leading presales engagements architecting complexSalesforce solutions and delivering successfulimplementations.
* Salesforce certificationssuch as Certified Application Architect Certified System Architector Certified Technical Architect are highly desired.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem includingSales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Lightning Platform andintegration capabilities.
* Strong businessacumen with the ability to understand client needs articulate valuepropositions and align solutions with businessobjectives.
* Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to engage and influencestakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Experience in Agile methodologies and project managementpractices is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment manage multiple priorities and adapt tochanging requirements.
* Willingness to traveloccasionally for client meetings workshops andconferences.
