Business Development Manager Location: Field-based Salary: £36,000 base (plus OTE £50,000 uncapped) Full-time: PermanentJob summary:As a Business Development Manager, you will expand our dealer base across a designated region. They will have the ability to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forming strong relationships with our dealer partners.What you’ll do:Develop a growth strategy to maximise salesBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersIdentify, secure and nurture new partnershipsPromote the Company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectivesUnderstand all aspects of insurance product regulations for FCA requirements (training can be given)Ensure Dealers are aware of FCA and internal compliance requirementOther reasonable duties as requiredWhat you’ll bring:Skills and competenciesExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate meaningfully at all levelsExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAbility to build effective relationshipsPersonal attributesResilient and adaptableAbility to influence colleagues and customers cross functionally with no reporting linesIndependent, highly motivated and capable of achieving objectives in a positive manner with the minimum of supervisionAn accomplished team player, with well-balanced interpersonal skillsWhat we’re looking for:Essential:Previous experience in a field-based roleA background in New BusinessStrong experience in relationship managementPreferred:Experience in either a Motor, Finance and/or Insurance industryProficiency in Microsoft PackagesUnfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits.
