Due to our continued growth we have an exciting new opportunity for a Cleaning Manager to work at one of our prestigious sites in Location and deliver an unrivalled quality of service to our client.

Responsibilities
· Team Management: Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate the cleaning staff. Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
· Operational Oversight: Plan and implement cleaning schedules and protocols, adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the site. Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and address any issues immediately. Respond promptly to client feedback or concerns.
· Health & Safety: Ensure that all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training sessions for staff.
· Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for cleaning operations, including labor costs, equipment, and supplies. Make recommendations for cost-effective improvements.
· Inventory Control: Oversee the purchase and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure that stock levels are maintained and that supplies are used efficiently.
· Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or site occupants regarding cleaning services. Address any special requests or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, budget management, and any issues encountered. Make recommendations for improvements.
Person Specification
· Proven management experience in cleaning or facilities
· Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
· Familiar with cleaning procedures, safety regulations and equipment
· IT skills – Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Pay: £42,500.00 per year
