I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller to join their team on a new build school project in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile education scheme from early stages through to completion. The Role You will play a key role in supporting the site team by ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed and controlled in line with company and client procedures. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining all project documentation Controlling drawing registers and issuing latest revisions Uploading, tracking and distributing documents via CDE platforms Coordinating subcontractor documentation including RAMS, insurances and certifications Supporting the site team with reports, meeting minutes and correspondence Assisting with O&M manuals and handover documentation Providing general site administrative support About You Proven experience as a Construction Site Administrator or Document Controller Previous experience working on new build projects Strong working knowledge of document control systems / CDE platforms Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy site team For more information, please call Hayley on (phone number removed)...
