What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the end-to-end acquisition process for new restaurants within Greater London
* Identify, appraise, and secure new sites, negotiating beneficial terms and preparing robust business cases for executive approval
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, developers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to uncover opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations, Estates Management) to ensure seamless project delivery
* Oversee planning applications, contractual negotiations, and handover to project managers
* Monitor competitor activity and apply market insights to inform site selection and strategy
* Contribute to the business strategy by championing adaptable, innovative solutions that work for our customers and communities,
