We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Commercial Partnerships and Employer Insight to lead the development of strategic employer relationships and drive innovative partnerships that support skills, growth and opportunity across our region. This is a senior role within our Business Growth and Employer Engagement function, offering the opportunity to shape how the college works with employers to deliver workforce development, commercial training and industry insight. As Head of Commercial Partnerships and Employer Insight, you will lead the college’s strategic approach to employer engagement, building strong partnerships with local, regional and national employers. Working closely with Directors of Curriculum and the Vice Principal Business Growth, you will identify emerging skills needs, develop new commercial opportunities and ensure employer insight informs curriculum development and future skills planning. You will also lead the development of a structured sales pipeline and CRM-driven approach to employer engagement, ensuring opportunities are effectively identified, tracked and delivered. Requirements - What we’re looking for: We are looking for an ambitious and strategic professional with experience in bus iness development, employer engagement or commercial partnerships, ideally within the education, skills or training sector.
