Job Description:
Purpose of the Role: To diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to the highest standards using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
2. Meet with customers to understand vehicle issues.
3. Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology and repair methods.
4. Carry out repairs and servicing according to standards and specifications.
5. Observe safe working practices at all times.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and seek advice when necessary.
7. Check work quality through diagnostic testing and road tests, liaising with Service Advisors.
8. Complete all service documentation accurately.
9. Perform vehicle health checks and create CitNOW videos or equivalents promptly.
10. Maintain workshop cleanliness and tool standards.
Skills & Requirements:
* Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
* Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
* Relevant manufacturer experience and training.
