What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving high-impact surveying projects from first conversations to final delivery
* Getting stuck into a rich mix of professional and project-led work
* Advising private-sector investors on smart, strategic building decisions
* Taking ownership of technical inspections, reviews and reports
* Leading on contract administration, due diligence and monitoring
* Steering dilapidations, PPM programmes and exit strategies
