Job Description
We’re excited to be looking for a Warehouse Operative in our new Corby branch. If you enjoy being hands-on, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly by helping with the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. It’s a physically active job, so we’re looking for someone with good stamina who also takes safety seriously.
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
* Every other Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling goods safely using proper lifting techniques
* Receiving, storing, and moving stock around the warehouse
* Accurately picking and packing items for customer orders
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Helping with regular stock checks and reporting any issues
* Working with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential
* Comfortable with heavy lifting and being on your feet throughout the shift
* A good understanding of safe working practices
* Great attention to detail, especially when picking and packing orders
* A team player with good communication skills
