We’re looking for an audience led, collaborative Experience Development Delivery Partner to work with teams across the Midlands & East of England to design and deliver relevant and inclusive experiences that reach and inspire more people across our places and beyond. This role plays a vital part in shaping, delivering and scaling engaging experiences that grow audiences, remove barriers to access and create lasting public benefit.
You will join a Growth Specialist Delivery Team however you’ll work with regional and national colleagues to deliver all our strategy goals. This role can be based in any of our regional hubs/properties.

You’ll be part of the Trust’s internal Specialist Delivery Team: a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise. As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, fundraisers and Community, Volunteering & Participation Delivery Partners, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen.
As this role covers the Midlands & East of England region, your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust consultancy office / property to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places.
