Construction Site Manager – Rehlko

Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
* Lead and manage both Rehlko (WBPS) and subcontractor teams on site.
* Serve as the primary Health & Safety authority, upholding Rehlko procedures and enforcing safe working practices at all times.
* Prepare and approve company RAMS, and review or sign off subcontractor RAMS.
* Manage the Permit to Work and Isolation Procedure systems on site.
* Proactively identify and manage risks, reporting any significant issues or delays to the Project Manager or Technical Director.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Plan works in collaboration with the Projects team and report progress to key stakeholders.
* Attend occasional Head Office meetings (Derbyshire) for project handovers or team briefings.
* Represent the business professionally and promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
* Carry out pre‑start checks and post‑completion inspections to maintain Rehlko quality standards.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or industrial M&E environments.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience managing subcontractors, enforcing RAMS, and leading on‑site operations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a professional, client‑facing manner.
* Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as ERP and SharePoint.
* Flexibility to travel and stay away as required.
* Desirable: Experience within the power generation or M&E sectors.
