RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established company based in Preston who are looking to add a Credit Controller to their small, friendly team.
Reporting to and supporting the Credit Manager, this Credit Control role would be responsible for managing a section of the sales ledger and ensuring customers pay on time and within their agreed payment terms.
Duties include:
* Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter
* Dealing with customer queries and investigating discrepancies
* Daily banking
* Allocation of payments
* Reconciling accounts
* Monitoring and identifying potential bad debt issues
* Monitoring of credit limits
* Setting up new customer accounts
This role is suited to someone with experience in credit control and who is used to managing their own ledger as part of a larger team.
