I am working with a well established Law firm in Thornbury who is looking for a Secretary/Paralegal for their Commercial Property department. Thus is a great opportunity to work in a busy and well established friendly team. This is a full time office based role.
Role Description
* Secretarial support to fee earners;
* Communicating with clients and other related parties;
* Diary Management;
* File Management - Electronic filing of documents and paper filing;
* Working within an electronic case management system, dealing with searches and post completion matters; and Time recording.
Previous experience within Commercial Property is preferred although this is not essential as full training will be given. There is also the opportunity to develop the role.
