Complex SEN Specialist Tutor (Havering) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex SEN Specialist Tutor to support students in Havering who are unable to attend school. As a 1:1 tutor, you will design and deliver bespoke educational packages tailored to each student's individual needs, aiming to bridge educational gaps and boost engagement. This role offers a flexible, personalised teaching environment outside the traditional classroom setting, making it ideal for experienced educators seeking a more individualised approach. You will be working with students who have often been out of education for a significant period, leading to low confidence and poor engagement. Your main responsibility will be to re-engage these young learners, restore their confidence, and provide structure to their learning routines.
