As a Weekend Care Professional, your role is crucial in improving the well-being and independence of elderly people through personalised care. Your Key Responsibilities
* Engage in companionship, improving the lives of your clients through conversation and shared activities.
* Assist with daily living tasks such as preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and running errands.
* Provide personal care such as washing and dressing.
* Support and encourage physical activity and exercises tailored to the abilities of each client.
* Offer timely reminders and assistance with medications, prioritising safety and well-being.
* Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings, providing transportation as needed.
