We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company specialising in the production of plastic bottles. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shifts Available: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM – £13.00 per hour Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM – £12.21 per hour Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM – £13.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery involved in the plastic bottle manufacturing process Conducting visual quality checks to ensure standards are met Ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised Reporting any issues or defects to supervisors Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is desirable but not essential A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality Reliability and strong work ethic Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a regular basis What’s on Offer: Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities Full training provided Don’t miss out – please call the Thetford team at Select Recruitment today!
