Reporting Sonographer with 10% R&R premium
The post holder will report directly to the Ultrasound Team Managers and will be expected to meet the following criteria:
1. Provide a high-quality diagnostic ultrasound service by performing unsupervised scanning sessions.
2. Independently formulate comprehensive diagnostic reports for ultrasound examinations and communicate these to the appropriate referring clinicians.
3. Act as a source of expertise to clinicians and other hospital staff.
4. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Maintain ongoing professional development through attendance at clinical, scientific, and multi-disciplinary meetings.
6. Participate in clinical training programmes, mentoring, and supervising Student Sonographers, Specialist Registrars, and Radiologists.
