We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Solar O&M Coordinator
This role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our solar installations, coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our solar installations
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on solar system issues
Track and analyse system performance data to identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and technical issues
Provide administrative support for field technicians, including travel arrangements
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including LV/HV personnel and subcontractors
A degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technical Management, or a related field
~ Proficiency in solar monitoring software and tools, strong understanding of solar PV systems and components
~A City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Engineering, Installation, Testing & Inspection or similar, electrical course
~ Experience in industrial, utility-scale, and/or rooftop solar is preferred
~ A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points
Strong technical proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting and IT support
Experienced with data entry and familiar with various operating systems, full training will be provided
