What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment (Health and social care experience would be beneficial!)
* Experience using an ATS
* Understanding of recruitment compliance (right to work, references, employment law)
* Right to work in the UK (Full time)
* Confident with meeting new people, with the ability to quickly build positive relationships
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Your Role as a Recruitment Officer
* Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manor
* Scheduling and conducting interviews for our domiciliary care positions
* Guiding the candidates through our compliance processes
* Conducting right to work checks
* Working collaboratively with other departments in the branch
* Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region
* Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters
