Your responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with Regional HR leaders.
* Draft employment contracts and offer letters.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee data in HRIS systems accurately and securely.
* Ensure data privacy compliance.
* Generate monthly HR reports.
* Manage personnel files physically and digitally.
* Support HR programs and training sessions.
* Assist in recruitment processes with Regional HR and Talent Acquisition.
Work location will be in Selby (UK), Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with flexibility for up to 2 days remote work per week.
Qualifications & Competencies:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
* Level C2 proficiency in German; fluency in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
* Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of local benefit programs and employee law in Germany/Belgium.
