About The Role: As a Freelance Yoga Instructor, you’ll deliver world-class Yoga sessions that create real results, build deep client relationships, and contribute to an unrivalled member experience. You’ll be supported by the Director of Fitness, with a clear structure for development, standards, and business growth. Pay: £40/session (self-employed pay structure based on sessions delivered) Location: ONE LDN, Imperial Wharf Key Responsibilities: Deliver holistic, full-body Yoga sessions, focusing on mobility, strength, and mental clarity using yoga principles and programming. Ensure all sessions are delivered safely and identify injuries at the start of each class. Provide modifications when necessary to suit individual needs. Classes will primarily be mat-based, but may incorporate props like blocks, straps, and bolsters to enhance the practice and increase challenge. Be confident providing exercise progressions and regressions for a range of experience levels. Maintain consistent class quality to drive results, member retention, and word-of-mouth referrals. Collaborate with Personal Trainers, S&C coaches, Physios, and other Group Exercise teams to create a holistic and well-rounded member journey. Deliver outstanding hospitality and service to all members and guests, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards at all times. Commit to ongoing education, coaching development, and ONE LDN performance standards.
