Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Starting September 2025
Hours: 08:15 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2026

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant with previous experience in a similar setting, capable of applying their knowledge to support our students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children by following and adapting school programmes to meet individual needs
* Collaborate with teachers and maintain detailed records of student progress
* Use initiative to promote student development and progress
* Support teaching and learning in line with the national curriculum
* Maintain a positive, calm, and flexible approach, demonstrating patience and care
* Possess a good standard of English and Mathematics (minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
* Ideally hold a Level 2/3 qualification in teaching and learning
* Engage proactively in CPD and professional development opportunities
