What will you be doing?
As a Bid Co-Ordinator for BES Group, you will support the bidding process by managing emails, documentation, tender portals, project data, and internal coordination. You will help ensure information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with client and internal requirements across all bid-related activities.
You will:
* Monitor the bids inbox daily and update project status, ensuring pipeline remains accurate and up to date
* Manage tender portal updates, registrations, and downloads, ensuring all information is captured and filed correctly
* Maintain and update the bid library, ensuring all documents are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible.
* Coordinate and organise bid-related documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
* Support Business Development Managers and estimators by providing timely updates and document control.
* Produce reports and maintain records of bid activity and statistics for management reporting.

To join our team, you will need:
* Strong organisational and document management skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
* Experience working with document control or data management processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of pre-qualification questionnaire and invitation to tender processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
