The Role Your primary responsibility within the role is to win new business. You’ll identify decision-makers, create opportunities, and secure recruitment projects. Earnings are commission-based and generated when successful placements are made for the clients you bring in. This is a remote, self-employed position — ideal for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want full control over their time and income.
