Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Assist classroom teachers with daily tasks and activities
* Support students with special educational needs
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Assist in preparing lesson materials and resources
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
* Experience working with children or young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
Experience:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred)
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Working hours are typically school hours, Monday to Friday
* May involve some outdoor activities or field trips

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
