Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £25,000 £32,000 depending on experience
A forward-thinking and structured property team based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to support its continued growth.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and capable candidate with at least 18 months of hands-on experience in residential conveyancing.
You should have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish and be confident managing a small caseload of sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support fee earners and the wider team with residential conveyancing matters
- Handle a small caseload of sale files with autonomy
- Draft documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and manage pre- and post-completion tasks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
About You:
- Minimum 18 months experience in a conveyancing support or paralegal role
- Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator and team player
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
