What You’ll Be Doing
5. Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential properties
6. Learning and performing basic building, groundworks, and drainage tasks
7. Using a handheld device to manage jobs (full training provided)
8. Delivering great customer service and working safely at all times
9. Taking part in out-of-hours cover (with support and guidance)
️ What You’ll Need
10. NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Plumbing
11. CSCS Card (Blue or working towards) (not essential)
12. Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) held for at least 12 months
13. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in social housing or local authority is a bonus—but not essential. If you’re motivated and ready to grow, we’ll help you get there.
