Overview
The post holder delivers a timely and effective service as part of the Parking debt and complaints team for the Parking and Network Management team and the wider council.
Responsibilities
* Produce work to a consistently high standard and weigh up the evidence in each case, whether it is a complaint, a member enquiry, or an appeal against a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) at the warrant stage where Enforcement Agents have been engaged.
* Reconcile and monitor parking income and Enforcement Agent performance.
* Respond to Statements of Truth (SOT) and N244 applications; liaise with TEC, the Local county court, Enforcement agencies, and Breathing Space/DRO processes.
* Deal with correspondence and Stage 1 complaints at the Warrant of Control (WoC) stage.
* Maintain knowledge of parking legislation, including CPR 75.

* Ability to assess evidence and provide clear, reasoned decisions.
