Role Description
The Scientific Team Lead at Assignment Consulting will oversee a team within a dynamic medical communications agency. In this full-time hybrid role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work, the Team Lead will be responsible for guiding team members, managing key projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality scientific content. Additional tasks include effective communication with clients, internal coordination, strategic consultation, and upholding standards to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications
* Proven Team Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and support team members.
* Strong Communication, including internal and external communication, and proficiency in Strategic Communications.
* Project Management experience, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Knowledge of medical communications or the healthcare industry is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
* Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
