Do you have experience in delivering complex clinical care in community settings? We're recruiting Support Workers with specialist training to provide life-enhancing care to individuals with advanced medical needs, helping them thrive at home.
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting clients with interventions such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and spinal cord injury rehabilitation
*
Delivering personal care and clinical tasks with sensitivity and precision
*
Promoting independence, dignity, and social wellbeing
*
Monitoring health changes and reporting to clinical teams
You Bring:
*
Experience working with clients who have high-acuity care needs
*
Formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health & Social Care)
*
Clinical training in areas such as suctioning, ventilator use, or pressure area management
*
Commitment to safeguarding and best practice
