Our client is a leading, multi-branch estate agency seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic Hampstead office, located in a leafy neighborhood full of cafes, independent shops, and excellent transport links.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Negotiators
2. Upload property and client details using Reapit software
3. Draft and send valuation and instruction letters
4. Prepare and update property lists, window cards, and marketing materials
5. Update property listings on the company website
6. Coordinate photography, floorplans, and statutory property documentation
7. Liaise with contractors for property boards and media advertising
8. Order stationery and manage general office supplies
9. Provide friendly meet-and-greet support and answer calls professionally
Key Skills:
* Excellent typing, grammar, and proofreading skills
* Confident communication and professional telephone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
* Experience in property or administration (preferred)
